TO THE QUESTION OF JURISDICTION SEPARATION BETWEEN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION AND ITS CONSTITUENT ENTITIES IN THE SPHERE OF LABOUR RELATIONS

Abstract

The article analyzes some problems connected with jurisdiction separation between the Russian Federation and its constituent entities in the sphere of labor relations. There is an attempt to analyze the powers of the Russian Federation in the field of legal regulation. Basic directions of the law-making competence of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation are considered. In particular, it is noted that improving labor rights and freedoms of man and citizen is the authority of the Russian Federation constituent entities, but it must be for a common subject, for all persons working in the entity of the Russian Federation. Despite of different opinions of scientists the article expresses a positive attitude toward advanced law-making of the entities of the Russian Federation in the field of labor relations.
