Abstract

The article considers the problems of differentiation of traffic participants such as a driver, a passenger, a pedestrian by their actions at road as well as effect on motor vehicle driving departments. Road traffic rules of the Ukraine, Republic of Kazakhstan and Republic of Belarus are analyzed in terms of such problems solution. The term «motor vehicle driving» as well as its relevance to a driver and a passenger are analyzed in the article.
