CORRELATION BETWEEN STOCK COMPANIES AND STOCKHOLDER INTERESTS

Abstract

The article deals with the notion of «interest» in relevance to corporate stock relations. The author states that an interest is an expression of objective needs reflecting inner mood and desires of a subject. Within legislation it is almost impossible to provide the integrity of interests in stock companies there for it is necessary to point out that a bearer of common corporate interest is the participants of corporate relations. There is author’s view of the problem of introduction a provision in actions in prejudice of corporate interests to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
