Abstract

Based on consistency principle basic provisions for the reconstruction of components of crimes against health are given in the article. The author demonstrates the most topical stages of development of Criminal Law provisions to protect health of people. By taking into account basic provisions of lawmaking procedure a project of a new article 161 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Crimes against health” is worked out
