FORMS OF SPECIAL PSYCHOLOGICAL KNOWLEDGE IN CRIMINAL PROCEDURE

Abstract

The article is devoted to the use of special forms of psychological knowledge by the experts in criminal proceedings. Since the Soviet period to the present time the question of the use of special forms of psychological knowledge is debatable. The author analyzes various scholarly opinions presented in the literature. The author makes conclusions on the necessity to apply the knowledge of experts - psychologists in criminal proceedings
