LIMITS OF SPEECH FREEDOM RESTRICTION FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL SYSTEM
Abstract
The article deals with the possible limits of restricting constitutional civil right to
freedom of speech in order to protect the state constitutional system; analyzes the innovations
and changes in the legislation of the Russian Federation restricting the freedom of
speech, assessing their influence on the public and political life, the civil society development
and media activity. The author analyzes the concept of extremism and the disposition
of the anti-extremist provisions of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, as
well as the elements of administrative offenses related to them.
