PRINCIPLE OF FAIRNESS AS A STANDARD OF LAW ENFORCE-MENT IN THE MECHANISM OF ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE

Abstract

In the modern legal science, issues related to the essence and content of justice in law, their foundation, criteria, value meaning are being actively investigated. The author sets forth the essence of the principle of justice as an element of the moral and legal culture of society. The principle of justice is the standard of universal values and the basis of progressive development, and also acts as a guarantor of legal protection. The author pays attention to the problem of implementing the principle of justice, substantiates the urgency of the problem of law enforcement of the principle of justice in modern legal proceedings.
