A SUBJECT, TASKS AND OBJECTS OF FORENSIC HANDWRITING EXAMINATION OF PSYCHOLOGICAL QUALITIES OF A PERSON

Abstract

The article covers the topical problems of definition оf a subject, tasks and objects of forensic
handwriting examination of the performer’s psychological properties. The author reveals
the essence of these concepts and gives definitions, considering various approaches to
their understanding. The classification of tasks and objects of this handwriting examination is
proposed. There is a need for their study in the context of general development of the fundamental
basis of forensic handwriting examination in order to determine the author’s psychological
qualities. According to the author, the given information provides further development
of the theoretical basics of forensic handwriting examination. However, they are controversial
and can be used to continue research work in this field.
