Abstract

The article deals with the formation of labor legislation in the late XIX - early
XX centuries. This problem is considered through the relationship of government
and society, we have studied basic vectors of development of labor law in prerevolutionary
Russia. Labour relations are studied in historical and cultural context,
taking into account the traditions and national identity.
