Abstract

The problems of development and accrual of building lease in the Russian civil law are considered; the origin, the notion and prospects for development of building lease are analyzed; as well as theoretical and practical issues connected with the improvement of civil legislation are studied.

  • Maria Vladimirovna Sokolova

    was born on November 17, 1988. In 2011 she graduated from South Ural State University. Now she is a postgraduate student of Civil Law and Procedure Department of South Ural State University. She is the author of 7 publications. Research interests: property law.
