Abstract

The problems of establishing of the institution of public services and the reasons for separating of public services from the number of state functions are considered. The notion of public services reflecting principles for division of public services and functions is given.

 

Author Biography

  • Irina Uralovna Kuldybaeva

    was born on June 13, 1988. In 2010 she graduated from Computer Technologies, Control and Radio Electronics Faculty of South Ural State University. In 2012 he received Master?s degree at the Faculty of Law of South Ural State University. Now he is a postgraduate student of the Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law of South Ural State University. She is the author of 8 publications. Research interests: legal regulation of online government.
