Abstract

The problem of interpretation of the provisions of criminal law is considered in the article. Peculiar features of the numerous methods of interpretation used in the process of law enforcement are analyzed. The necessity of joint use of different methods of interpretation of criminal procedure provisions is revealed and proved.

    was born on July 11, 1990. In 2007 she graduated from South Ural State University. Now she is a postgraduate student of the Faculty of Law Enforcement Officials Training of South Ural State University.
