DISQUALIFICATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICIALS: THE COMPARISON BETWEEN THE RUSSIAN AND ENGLISH LEGISLATION
Abstract
The analysis of the Russian and English legislation regulating bringing guilty officials to such punishment as disqualification is made. Similar features and maintenance of a register of disqualified people in particular are reveled. Some differences in severity and terms of punishment, subjects of liability, consequences of the punishment are pointed out.
