Abstract

Author Biography

  • Anna Vladimirovna Trapeznikova

    was born on March 9, 1985. In 2007 she graduated from South Ural State University. In 2010 she defended a candidate?s thesis in Inheritance of hereditary portion. Now she is a senior lecturer of Civil Law and Procedure Department of South Ural State University. She is the author of 35 publications. Research interests: civil law, inheritance law.
