Abstract

The article analyzes situation in administrative proceedings connected with the lack of the list of assigned and conducted expert examinations. In professional literature in administrative law the problem of recording and analysis of expert examination at administrative proceedings is one under question. The author proves the necessity to monitor expert examination at administrative proceedings by the police.
