PROCURACY SUPERVISION OF LEGALITY OF THE CRIMINAL PROSECUTION OF THE MINORS

Abstract

The article considers the content of procuracy supervision of legality of the criminal prosecution of the minors due to the rules of the Procurator General, interpretations of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and international law standards in the sphere of child rights protection.

 

Author Biography

  • Stanislav Vladimirovich Tetyuev
    was born on December 12, 1981. In 2003 he graduated from South Ural State University. In 2006 he defended a candidate?s thesis in Examination of the minorat the stage of preliminary investigation (procedural aspect). Now he is an associate professor of Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics Department of South Ural State University. He is the author of 115 publications. Research interests: criminal procedure, procuracy supervision.
