METHODOLOGICAL PROBLEMS OF ANALYSIS OF LOCAL TECHNICAL REGULATION

Abstract

Empiric and logic methods for analysis of local technical legal regulations are considered; problems connected with obtaining empiric material and their assessment with the help of theoretical methods are revealed.

 

Author Biography

  • Aleksander Amangeldinovich Bauken
    was born on August 28, 1982. In 2004 he graduated from South Ural State University. In 2006 he defended his candidate?s thesis in Legal protection of property in the Russian Federation (theoretical problems). Now he is an associate professor of Theory and History of State and Law Department of South Ural State University. He is the author of 11 publications. Research interests: local technical legal regulation.
