Basic principles of classification and typology of early iron age stone altars

Abstract

The article highlights basic principles of classification and typology of Early Iron Age stone altars.
These objects fairly often come from kurgans of Eurasian Early nomads’ period. Taxonomic levels of
systematization are given in the paper. Furthermore, main methodological principals of stone altars
classification and typology are interpreted here
