The issue of financial and logistical support clubs in the 1990-s (on materials of Bashkortostan)

Abstract

This article analyzes the financial and logistical support clubs in the first decade of the post-
Soviet period. It was, in fact, the years of survival of cultural and leisure areas. Considering these
processes in the Republic of Bashkortostan, the author identifies as a common characteristic of all
country characteristics, and regional characteristics. Based on the analysis of archival and published
materials the author established that the main source of income of clubs in Belarus, and in the whole
of the Russian Federation, remained budgetary allocations, which have become much reduced. There
has been a trend of redistribution of the financial burden from the Federal to the regional level. The
possibility of increasing private income was limited to social purposes the test object. The backlog
of Bashkiria from many regions in the number of paid services is largely due to the biggest in Russia
network of rural clubs. To some extent, improved the financial situation of clubs introduction since
the late 1990-ies of a number of tax concessions, operated at the level of the Republic
