The cultural policy in post-soviet Russia 1991—2015

Abstract

In article the basic stages of development of a cultural policy of the state during the Post-Soviet period of domestic history are revealed. The author analyzes dominating tendencies of development of domestic culture, establishes value of initiatives of the state on culture development. In article it is defined социокультурное value of a new direction of a cultural policy on preservation of traditional cultural values as bases of stable development of a society.
