Cultural policy as a function of the state

Abstract

The article depicts current state of cultural policy of the state and the history of development of this phenomenon. The author examines three types of state participation in cultural policy: charismatic policy, accessibility policy, policy of cultural self-expression. The article depicts purposes of cultural policy of the state and levels of cultural policy of the state, relationship of cultural policy with various social institutes
