Abstract

Analyzes the basic documents of the Central Committee of the CPSU (b), SNK,
Trade Unions, which determined the policy of the state in the field of food supply
home front during World War II. We consider a multi-faceted work of Party, government,
labor and business organizations to restructure the Urals to wartime food
supply employees of industrial enterprises. The author focuses on the activities of
the regional authorities, business leaders to create departments working supply,
organizations in wartime normalized and differentiated food security of the workers.
Finally concluded that in the most difficult conditions of wartime central and
local authorities, industrial managers failed to promptly restructure the system
of supplying the population with food, provide the most necessary food workers
of the Urals defense enterprises, members of their families
