Features of realization of state programs in the social institution of the family in Moscow

Abstract

The aim of the article is to analyze the peculiarities of the realization of state programs in the social institution of the family in Moscow. Also, article describes the maternity (family) capital as a form of support for young Russian families by government. For regions government support in the form of cash payments can be a significant help, but not everywhere. However, for Moscow the amount of payments is not enough. In turn, the data of sociological researches show that funds of state program are often used for accommodation. Thus, the state program of supporting young families is needed to improve the demographic indicators, but must take into account regional peculiarities
