Abstract

The article reveals the importance of the formation and use of human capital through innovative educational products in institutions of higher education. The paper also bases the need for a practiceoriented resources of individual focus. The study addresses the problem of creating an innovative model of teaching special courses on energy conservation in the social sphere and regional history as a generalization of the historical experience of resource.
