Social well-being of teachers
Abstract
This article analyzes the social well-being of teachers. The article deals with various foreign
and domestic approaches to the study and measurement of social well-being, analyzes the factors affecting the formation of this complex social phenomenon. On the basis of empirical data obtained as a result of the focus groups, describes and analyzes the social wellbeing of teachers of secondary schools in the city of Chelyabinsk.
