Abstract
Development of internal social relations is particularly important for effective corporate business.
Mentally identical forms of communality and team spirit are easily implemented in practice
of joint stock companies with the close involvement of general shareholders in planning of activity
and making strategic decisions. New requirements for corporations emerge in the modern context
making them to look for new ways to improve existing social relations
