Abstract

The article is devoted to consideration of the approaches existing in a historiography allowing to
reveal world outlook reference points, “past traces” left the Soviet society. The scientific content of
the concepts “economic representations” and “behavior models” of the population in the context of
the Ural region (1945—1964) is analyzed. Some directions in line with which some aspects of the
contents and evolution of judgments and strategy of behavior of inhabitants of the Urals during the
late Stalin and Khruschev’s periods are comprehended are allocated. Offers on further prospects are
stated to researches of this perspective. The attention to need of complex studying of documents of
a personal origin is focused
