Social conflicts in the mining and metallurgical enterprises of the Urals at the beginning of the XX century

Abstract

In view of the ambiguous evaluation of forms of social protest of workers in the mining Urals
Russian historiography This article describes the different manifestations of it in the beginning of
XX century. Along with the influence on the labor movement in the region features gornookruzhnoy
system Urals industry, the specificity of interaction of labor and capital in the Urals, a lot of attention
paid to the analysis of group consciousness of local workers and the previously existing socio-cultural
and psychological stereotypes conflict resolution. Application of the approaches of social psychology
and conflict resolution allows to conclude that the prevalence of social conflicts in the mining
and metallurgical Urals diverse and massive manifestations of the mentality and the ways to solve
conflicts inherent in traditional society.
