Ural commercial and industrial bourgeoisie political alliances during elections and state dumas work in Ru ssia (1905—1917 years)
Abstract
The article shows the process of formation of political parties, trade and industrial bourgeoisie in
the Urals. Set the total number of the Ural center-right in 40 organizations in 1906 as the specifics of the
region revealed contrast composition of the center-right (from big business to low-paid civil servants and
intellectuals in rural departments — peasants) from the social base of the «Union of October 17» in the
center, including a large commercial and industrial, financial bourgeoisie and big landlords. The analysis
of socio-economic programs of the political parties of the Ural commercial and industrial bourgeoisie,
established fundamental similarity of their provisions. We studied the views of the Urals on the centerright
parliamentary shows its difference from the position of the Cadets. Addressing supporters of the
constitutional and hereditary monarchy, were the center-right opponents of the parliamentary system in
Russia, considering it unacceptable both from a historical and political point of view. Characterized by the
position of the agrarian question, when deciding which assumed by voluntary agreement with the owners
of the land through the Peasant land bank to increase the area of peasant land tenure due to the state-owned,
crown and private lands. Analysis of the programs on the labor question has revealed the interest of business
circles in the legal regulation of strikes, regulation of working time, and protection of the rights of working
women and the protection of child labor. It was concluded that the social composition of the Urals Union
of commercial and industrial bourgeoisie reflected the nationwide process of accelerating the formation of
political consciousness and deepening of social differentiation in the country.
