Spirit as body and the body as a singn: two crises in the mirror rationalism

Abstract

The article considers two crisis periods in west European culture at the turn of
ХIX—XX and XX—ХXI centuries in the context of epistemological problematics.
Despite of a century gap problems connected with the distortion of rationalism
repeat themselves making a human reconsider dualism of a sole and a body. The
comparative analysis reveals coincidences of the discussed problems presented in
the key statements of E. Gusserl and G. Tulchinsky
