School of sciences as communication basis of development of knowledge in 1985—1991 (on materials of Chelyabinsk region)

Abstract

In this article activity of schools of sciences as formal and informal structures of
scientists as a part of organizational construction of higher education institutions
is explored. Revealing the role of leaders and other representatives of these communities,
the task to understand specifics of incipience and evolution of scientific
ideas in the process of individual and collective work of scientists and to examine
the role of schools of sciences as communication basis of development of knowledge
is set. In the end of the article it was concluded that interpersonal communications
of scientists promoted establishment of conditions for receiving new knowledge,
formation of scientific personnel and weakening of disintegration
