Education Reform in Russia: Inter im Results

Abstract

This article analyzes the progress of higher education reform in Russia. The factors influencing
the effectiveness of this process. The author argues that the reforms, summarized in the introduction to the domestic education of the Bologna system, do not improve the quality of training and formal nature. The author examines the main provisions of the Bologna system in relation to the Russian education, and concludes that, of the seven major provisions implemented in Russia only two. Expressed doubts about the effectiveness of the reform of our education system.
