EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH OF REINFORCED FILLER PURPOSEFUL DISORIENTATION INFLUENCE ON MATERIAL PROPERTIES OF A WOUND STRUCTURE
Abstract
Pressure molding of filament wound friction bearings made of reinforced
thermosetting plastics inevitably leads to failure of the original circular form of
reinforced filler. Experiments showed that purposeful disorientation of reinforced
filler have favourable effects on material properties of a wound structure
considerably improving friction bearing performance.
