INVESTIGATION CAPACITIES OF FEED DRIVES MACHINE COLD CUTTING OF LARGE DIAMETER PIPES

Abstract

Capacities of the new construction of pipes cold cutting machine feed are investigated. Capacities of milling machine cutting and movement drives for big diameter pipes cold cutting under loading have been investigated. In the process of the research useful data for calculating drives capacity were obtained. The new structure of the machine eliminates machine tools breakage and improves operator's safety. The results of the investigation are used for projecting an experimental structure of the cold pipe cutting machine.
