Abstract

The article develops the quality indicators system for managing the consistency of the impacts of subsystems’ functionality on the sustainability of an enterprise’s development. The basis of the proposed system of indicators is the vector-factor analysis, that allows to represent the impact of the enterprise subsystems’ functionality in the form of actor vectors. The system consists of six indicators, the application of which is suggested to be done depending on the affiliation of the enterprise to a specific organizational and technological structure. A diagram is proposed on the distribution of the zones of coordination of the impacts of the functional subsystems of the enterprise in assessing the sustainability of its development. In accordance with the diagram, four zones are distinguished: the zone of absolute sustainability of development of an enterprise, the zone of normal stability of development, the zone of unsustainable development, and the zone of critical sustainability of development. They are characterized by a different level of coordination of the subsystems’ influence and the development sustainability of the enterprise.
