CONCEPTUAL PROVISIONS FOR INNOVATION DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY AT COAL-MINING PRODUCTION ASSOCIATION UNDER CONDITIONS OF CHANGES IN TECHNOLOGICAL MODES

Abstract

The article is devoted to strategic planning of innovative development of a coal-mining production association under conditions of changes in technological modes. The relevance of this issue is caused by the fact that the development of more progressive technological modes requires the intensification of innovative activities at the enterprises, which are the part of the coal-mining production association. This fact leads to the need of methodological support for efficient innovation strategy development. The article represents conceptual provisions for innovation development strategy at a coal-mining production association. The idea lies in cyclical transitions to new organizational and technological modes based on identification, evaluation and implementation of the development reserves of an association. It is determined that the priority in the formation of the required organizational and technological mode is the change in organizational and economic relations. The mechanism for development and implementation of innovation development strategy of the coal-mining production association under conditions of changes in technological modes as well as the results of its practical approval at SUEK-Khakassia Company are presented.
