ABOUT NORMATIVE REGULATION OF IMPLEMENTATION AUTOMATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS OF THE BUILDING “SMART HOUSE” IN THE SPHERE OF HOUSING AND PUBLIC UTILITIES

Abstract

The article presents the results of the study of the conditions for the implementation of the “Smart Home” automated building management systems (APCS) for use in multi–apartment residential buildings. The analysis of the current regulatory framework in the field of housing and communal services, as well as technical regulation of the application of individual elements of the IMS, with the possibility of their integration into the urban housing and utilities management system, was carried out. The proposed directions for improving the regulatory framework and technical regulation of the subsystem for the AESU subsystem will ensure mass introduction and integration of the housing and utilities system into the Smart City system.
