PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION IN MODERN RUSSIA

Abstract

The article deals with the problem of organizing human livelihood in the form of the state in connection
with the changing demographic paradigm. The author states the importance of the problem for modern Russia.
In the article the author suggests considering the state both as a subject and an object of the system of public
administration, defines and analyzes its main forming elements and their interrelations. Some actions for the
state form of government in the context of changing demographic paradigm are suggested in the paper.
