IMPROVING COMPETITIVENESS THROUGH THE INTRODUCTION OF LEAN MANUFACTURING TOOLS FOR INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

This article studies the introduction of lean production tools in the economic activities of a construction company. Taking into account international experience, the principles, tools, and mechanisms of lean manufacturing are considered. The prerequisites and features of the introduction of lean manufacturing tools to Samolyot, a large Russian construction company, are analyzed. The assessment of the first results of the impact of lean manufacturing on the financial and economic indicators of the company is given. Using a dynamic assessment of the competitiveness of the company, a comparison of the competitiveness of Samolyot and PIK, the largest Russian construction company, was carried out. The competitiveness of Samolyot for the end of 2022 is calculated and its improvement due to the introduction of lean production tools is shown.
