ANALYSIS OF RELATIONSHIPS AMONG THE VALUES OF ECONOMIC AGENTS IN THE CONTEXT OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONS

Abstract

This article is devoted to analyzing the relationship of key stakeholders’ values in the regions of the Volga and Ural federal districts in the context of the concept of sustainable development. The methodological base of the research is the concept of sustainable development and a value-oriented approach to the management of economic systems, which allows to conduct analysis in the context of the main economic agents and determine the level of implementation of their interests. The information base is statistical data and reference materials provided by federal agencies, legislative and regulatory legal acts and author's developments. The assessment of the strength of the relationship is based on the construction of econometric models that include endogenous and exogenous indicators of values. The results of the study indicate to the interdependence of the value groups of the population, the business community and public authorities, as well as to a significant impact of the conditions of the institutional environment on the degree of their implementation. The assessment of fixed effects allows to reveal the dependence of the level of implementation of key stakeholders’ values on the disturbances of the region in different periods of time
