Abstract

The article focuses on the actual problem of information traffic analysis in multiservice and wireless networks in Russia. The issues of economic dynamics of regional development are considered. The groups of subscribers – traffic consumers are identified by the author, the hypothesis of equal payment per unit of voice traffic and Internet traffic by individuals and legal entities is proposed. The dynamics of traffic consumption by all groups of consumers is considered for the federal districts and subjects of the Russian Federation over the past three years, when due to the introduction of new technologies for traffic delivery, the trends of its consumption (in direction and rate of change) have changed dramatically. The comparison of traffic consumption in terms of a permanent state of society is performed. Quantitative indicators of changes in voice and Internet traffic are determined, which also allows to determine tendencies and compare the level of inequality in federal districts and subjects of the country. The regions of the country where the traffic redistribution was different from trends were identified.
