Abstract

Studies of the possibilities of knowledge-based transformations of enterprises of a predominantly industrial type have determined that insufficient integration of intellectual and research resources is a pressing problem when ensuring the processes of transition to a post-industrial economy of knowledge. It is necessary to improve the methods for assessing the quality of regulatory processes for the knowledge-based development of personnel and technology competencies. This determined the goal of improving the quality of regulation of the integration of diversified resources of educational and research facilities for a high-tech, knowledge-based development of a complex in a post-industrial economy of knowledge. In order to achieve the goal, the following tasks disclosed in two parts of the article have been completed: a model of cyclical integration of resources and their transformation into the processes of knowledge-based development of enterprises has been developed; classification of knowledge-based development processes in the expanded space of theoretical methods for improving the quality of knowledge management processes in the post-industrial type economy has been developed.
