Abstract

The article presents an in-depth analysis of scientific papers in the development and coordination of managerial solutions to the problem of selecting efficient projects. During the analysis of scientific works, the advantages and disadvantages of the proposed methods for evaluating and coordinating the decisions on selection of efficient projects in various fields of application have been noted. The results of the analysis have helped to draw up a conceptual presentation of a new technique of developing coordinated management decisions on selection of efficient projects in the form of a scheme. The technique provides for a wide range of selection criteria for project evaluation. As the core of the technique it has been proposed to use the hierarchy analysis method (MAI) of T. Saati; to formalize some indicators for evaluating decisions on project selection – the methods of the theory of fuzzy sets; and to measure the level of consistency of these decisions, by using Pearson, Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Kendall and Gini criteria. One of the important features in the analysis has been the degree of universality of the methods, which in most cases was low or completely absent. The proposed technique can claim a degree of universality above the average value and can be used in different fields of economy to select efficient projects.
