THEORETICAL AND METHODICAL FUNDAMENTALS OF CORPORATE MANAGEMENT BASED ON PARAMETERS OF COORDINATED INFLUENCE OF STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS ON DEVELOPMENT SUSTAINABILITY

Abstract

The article considers theoretical and methodical fundamentals of corporate management based on parameters of coordinated influence of system elements on development sustainability. A number of author's concepts is proposed. The method of vector-factor analysis of correspondence between the dynamics of system elements’ functioning and the ideal enterprise goal vector is considered. This method allows assessing the degree of concordance in the impacts of system elements of the enterprise's structure on ensuring the sustainability of development. Vector diagram of corporate management efficiency distribution zones is developed, which allows drawing a conclusion about the extent of correspondence between a course of actual corporate management with its goals, based on the value of deflection angle between the integral vector and the ideal one.
