OPTIMIZATION OF PARAMETERS FOR THE ASSESSMENT OF MUNICIPAL PASSENGER TRANSPORTATION

Abstract

The article deals with the topical issue of assessing the quality of passenger transportation, taking into account to the Transport Strategy of the Russian Federation. The regulatory requirements to the quality of passenger transportation are considered. The analysis of the studies touching upon the parameters of the quality assessment of municipal passenger transportation has been carried out. The key requirements for the quality of passenger transportation are substantiated, and it is determined that the quality criteria should be developed taking into account the passenger satisfaction with the provided transportation services.
