RISE IN LABOR PRODUCTIVITY ON THE BASIS OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract

The rise in labor productivity is a general criterion for the sustainable development of an enterprise. The
essence of labor productivity and factors of its rise are considered in the article. Particular attention is paid to
the factors of scientific and technological progress and innovations. It is shown that the real innovative development
presupposes the presence of innovative installations and understanding of the investment attractiveness
of innovations. The effectiveness of an innovative culture is related to the characteristics of the operation
of an enterprise. The author considers two boundary characteristics: a stable and a crisis enterprise. The situations
determined by the influence of the innovative culture of the enterprise are highlighted. A special role of
the innovative culture is marked, which provides the necessary orientation of the managers and personnel of
the enterprise. The characteristics of different types of innovative culture are reflected. In general, the proposed
understanding by the author of the process of development of innovative culture of the enterprise will
provide an effective solution to the problems of increasing labor productivity on the basis of wide and effective
use of innovations that will affect it, directly or indirectly, through the management system.
