ECONOMIC PROBLEMS OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problems of innovative development of the Russian Federation. Competitiveness of Russian enterprises, and products manufactured by them depends on the technological development of the industry and its innovation activity. Economic sanctions, falling prices for energy resources, the policy of import substitution – all these measures make the innovative activity issues in Russia even more relevant. The article considers different points of view shared by Russian scientists, as well as a number of authors abroad. The article shows that the problems of innovative development are not specific to Russia, on the contrary, they are common to most of the CIS countries in the former Soviet Union.
