Abstract

The concept of models and methods, as part of the scientific methodology the Exploration of processes
improve the quality of management, are necessary for the regulation of the activities of personnel and plant.
Problem solving methodological analysis will expand the number of alternative options for increasing the innovativeness
and effectiveness of the results of the organizational development of their compromise
achievement.
The article analyzes the five conceptual approaches to improving the quality of governance. Their systemic
administration will implement the concept with the necessary interconnections of subsystems and
components.

The concept study is presented as a complete system-scientific approaches to management quality improvement
organization of high-tech repair activities. This is necessary when soglasova-Research Institute
of interests, such as repair shops and consumers of their services. It is necessary to improve the quality of
functioning of the enterprise on the basis of special regulation and the basic functions and imbalances management
