PROBLEMS OF FINANCING INVESTMENT PROGRAMS IN CONDITIONS OF UNEVEN DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONS OF KAZAKHSTAN

Abstract

In most of the developing countries, there has been an increase in state actions in the field of investment development in recent years. In Kazakhstan, investment development is stimulated through the adoption of investment programs and projects financed from various sources. The article presents an analysis of the investment programs adopted in Kazakhstan, considers and describes the specifics of their financing. Based on the state statistics data, the results of a number of investment programs for the development of regions are shown. The problems of implementation of investment programs for the development of regions in the Republic of Kazakhstan related to financing are identified and systematized.
