The Model of Qualitative Selection of Personnel Based on Rasch Model Estimates of Latent Variables

Abstract

There is a model under consideration at this article. This model let us to estimate professional features for each candidate at the staff selection period. This model based on Rush’s method for latent variables. Also the model of estimation of efficiency for quality staff selection was defined.
